We understand that music is personal, and we want you to be completely satisfied with every playlist we create for you. This Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and the procedures for requesting one.

We take pride in our work and strive to deliver exceptional service. Our goal is to create playlists that resonate with your unique taste and requirements. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we want to hear from you so we can make it right.

2. Nature of Our Services

Please note that our services involve the creation of customized, personalized digital content. Unlike physical goods, personalized playlists and mixtapes are created specifically for each client based on their individual preferences, requirements, and specifications. Due to the custom nature of our work, the policies regarding refunds differ from standard retail return policies.

Each playlist we create involves significant time, expertise, and creative effort from our team of professional curators. Once work has begun on your order, resources have been allocated and creative work has been performed specifically for your request.

3. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to take advantage of our revision policy. We believe that most concerns can be addressed through revisions, and we are committed to working with you until you are satisfied with the final product.

3.1 Included Revisions

  • Starter Mix Package: 1 round of revisions included
  • Premium Collection Package: 2 rounds of revisions included
  • Ultimate Experience Package: Unlimited revisions included

3.2 Revision Request Process

To request a revision, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your initial delivery. Provide specific feedback about what changes you would like to see. Our team will review your request and implement changes within 2-3 business days. Additional revisions beyond your package allowance may be purchased at a discounted rate.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Full Refund Situations

A full refund may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation of order before work has begun (within 24 hours of purchase)
  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Failure to deliver the service within the promised timeframe (extended delays of more than 7 days beyond the stated delivery date)
  • Significant deviation from the agreed-upon service specifications that cannot be corrected through revisions

4.2 Partial Refund Situations

A partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation after work has begun but before delivery (up to 50% refund depending on work completed)
  • Service delivered with minor issues that cannot be fully resolved through revisions
  • Client circumstances that prevent the use of the delivered service

4.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the service has been delivered and approved
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Failure to provide necessary information or feedback for revisions
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences that were not communicated in the original requirements
  • Physical products (USB drives, CDs) once they have been shipped
  • Rush delivery fees or additional service add-ons

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your delivery
  • Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase
  • Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  • Describe any attempts you have made to resolve the issue through revisions

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following processing times:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Processing times may vary

The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution. We will provide confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.

Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly. Chargebacks can affect both parties negatively and often take longer to resolve than direct communication with our team.

8. Physical Product Returns

For packages that include physical products (USB drives, CDs with custom artwork), the following additional conditions apply:

  • Physical products must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective
  • Damaged or defective physical products will be replaced at no additional cost
  • Custom artwork and packaging cannot be refunded as they are personalized items

9. Event-Related Services

For services related to specific events (weddings, parties, corporate events), special cancellation terms may apply:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a processing fee
  • Cancellation 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: No refund (rescheduling may be possible)
